Hello All,
We have configured Azure AD provisioning in our instance, which is working as expected, and we are using Okta for SSO, but when the user clicks on the Snow chiclet in Oktat, a message comes up: "Logout Successful".
Any ideas on what we may be missing?

We were able to figure this out. In Snow's Identity providers, we have set up the User Field to email, and the same in Okta SSO configuration. This will allow the user to authenticate based on email with the platform from Okta.
We found that the profiles had mismatched emails in Okta and in Snow.
It was as simple as that : )
