Hi All, we have Now Assist for viatual agent enabled.
We want to track some KPIS through it.
We see two dashboard providing us some numbers but both are showing diff numb ers for the same feature.
Any help on distinction and how to use the dhasboard would be great.

The best approach is to open the widget where you’re seeing the difference. I’m sure there’s some configuration variation causing the results to differ.

Both are different:
The first one shows VA with Now Assist, while the other displays only VA.
Also, the time periods are different in both the dashboard and the widget. Please check the backend logic, mate.

I am not worried about the filter condition, I am trying to understrand what you mean one is for VA and othe one is for VA NA. do we have some insights what does the VA dashbaord capture or entails vs the other one ?
