Hi All,
When we are accessing the maintain item form through widget in service portal container split is not working. In Service catalog we are using a container split in order to show layout as two columns but while showing the same thing in service portal fields are displaying in a single column rather than displaying in two columns.
Is there any work around for this issue.
Thanks!

Hi Manoj,
The availability field should be set to both "Desktop and Mobile" not just to "Desktop". Can you please check this on your catalog item?

Hi Harneet,
I have changed the catalog item availability to "Desktop and mobile" but this haven't fixed the issue. And i could not find similar type of field on variables or in variable sets which will be used to specify "Deskop or Mobile".
Thanks!

Hi Manoj,
Did you try in on the catalog itself rather than SP? Container split won't be available even on the service catalog. You need to have a container start and end, I tried to create a similar scenario. Container split doesn't work until you have container start and end.
Try this if it works for you.
