Hi All,
We have new hire onboarding requests where hardware/software accesses are provided to new hire by individual teams.
For one of the software request, prior to providing access it should be approved by one group and then it should go to service desk team
I have made changes in backend workflow, so that there is first Approval Group activity and if approved then catalog task for service desk team.
Now, I want to make sure while giving the approval if there's any comment added by approver, it should reflect in next catalog task's activity so that service desk team is aware of comments from approver.
I was thinking to write BR for this which will trigger after approval record is updated, but needs suggestion if I can do this by any other approach, as I don't want to write BR for one specific approval request.
