copy page in service portal

Ngetting an error message while trying to copy a page within Service Portal Page designer, what could be the possible problem??

Thank you. I tried the same thing with the user_profile (I didn't have a demo index page) and it worked fine. I updated the Title and ID, then did insert & stay.

Let me know if we did anything different besides the page used for the experiment. Also, can you try copying another page?

This would be a cool feature, as I was looking for something similar myself.

But I guess the good part is that you get a lot of practice creating pages. - glass half full kind of guy

I tried to load the update set, but nothing loaded.

I tried by right clicking on a list and importing the xml as well as retrieved update sets.

(Yes I unzipped the file first)

It's not an update set, just a UI action. From the list, do right click> Import XML (which I think you already did), get the XML file. You should have a UI action called "Copy Page".

Replace "MYINSTANCE" with your instance name here.
