Ngetting an error message while trying to copy a page within Service Portal Page designer, what could be the possible problem??

Thank you. I tried the same thing with the user_profile (I didn't have a demo index page) and it worked fine. I updated the Title and ID, then did insert & stay.

Let me know if we did anything different besides the page used for the experiment. Also, can you try copying another page?

Thanks. I tried this and it worked quite well other than some formatting issues with columns on the new page, which is strange because all the rows and columns seem to be properly copied.

Like Copy page button for copying pages, is there any button 'copy portal' to copy a service portal from an existing service portal

Not out of the box. It would require you to copy any related records (pages, themes, menus, headers/footers) and anything else related to the portal. This could be quite extensive. Can you provide a use case for when/why you would need such functionality to copy an entire portal?

Just had to go in through Service Portal>Pages and the button was there.

I thought it would be on the Designer page. Sorry for the mix Up. Rounak, I think this is what you were looking for.
