Copying and editing the change request form

Hello All,

I wanted to make the change request form very simple to use. So Please suggest me is there a way to copy the standard change request for ( All --> Change --> Create New) and modify that and publish for use. 

after copying I want to delete some fields and configure some fields etc. so that standard form is not tampered.

Hi @sreenisola 

When you say very simple, mean, from adding value or auto populate the values in fields? 

Also, standard change will not fully work for you unless you are raising only standard change. You can use change templates, where you can pre-configured the fields and use the template to populate the values.

I'd like also to copy the Normal change request form.
