Copying multiple attachments from a table to datasource.

Hi experts,

 

I have a custom table as in the below screenshot,

when all 3 files are attached, I want to run a business rule (or client script+script include), which copies the 3 attached files to 3 different datasources( 1 by 1 , file1 must be copied first, then file2 followed by file3).
