Cost Centre Table Query.

In the Cost Centre Table there is Manager field, where some managers are Inactive.

Need to Prupose a solution

whenever an user record becomes inactive,
identify and report all the areas where it is still used (cost center manager, other approval groups, assignment groups, etc.)
so this can be looked at and fixed.

you need to create report using Reporting module

then you need to create scheduled report and select that report and send it to recipients

@servicenow lath 

you can have a report on your tables and share the report daily/weekly using scheduled report feature

what did you try so far?

I did not understand? 

navigators--> reports

or

Navigator--> Scheduled job

?
