Create a breakdown for a custom field (Performance Analytics)

Hi!

I have added a custom field to the incident form and i would like that field to be a breakdown on the incident premium dashboard workbenches.

 

Please advise how i can do this!

You can not select "True/false" field as breakdown source field.

You can only select reference field in breakdown source since it should resolve as unique record for table ( e.g sys_id).

IF you create your own new widget, you wont' be able to select "True/false" field as breakdown since you can select field which resolves to unique record ( e.g sys_id).
