Create a Custom Menu and Add Custom Lists Under It

I am trying to create some new Menus and Lists from new Custom Tables under it.   I am trying to read some past articles and discussions on it, but fear I may not be doing it correctly.

First, I went to System UI - Menu Lists, clicked "New" and created a new Menu.

Then I went to Tables, clicked on New to create a new table (not extended).   I added my fields to the table.

Now, I want to see my new Menu, with the List from my new Table under it.   How to I add that Table List to my new Menu?

And how do I get my new Menu to display?

By the way, we are using Helsinki.

If you are referring to the left navigation bar, to add new applications and modules under it, go to System Definition\Application Menus.   There you will find all the existing ones like Service Desk, Incident, Problem, etc and you can create a new one.

You can do it in reverse way. While you create a new table there is an option to create Module & Application as below.

Once done you will get Menu & Table list accordingly.
