Hi Servicenow Lear,
Yes, what you describe is very doable. You can start by either creating a copy of the existing dashboard or just create a new one. From there it's simply a matter of putting reports, etc. onto the dashboard. The one thing to remember is that all of your objects on the dashboard need to have a condition limiting the data to those relevant to the one business unit. Remember, when you create a dashboard, you will need to share both the dashboard and the content.
