Hi all,
The business need is that in a knowledge base, there are articles that expire after a certain period of time. We want to send an alert or notification to the contributor or manager to notify them when this happens.
I am absolutely new to service portal. A step by step tutorial or link to a tutorial would be greatly appreciated.
