Guided Tour Auto Launch Not Appearing

Hello. I wanted to understand why my two published Guided Tours are not visible when I attempt to configure auto launch? They are both on the same form, and SNOW recognizes there are two on the page, but they do not show up! Any possible reason why? Thanks in advance!

Hello Alberto. Unfortunately, the GT hasn't been used by any user, so there are no records to override.

Interesting. So it seems that I can only have one Guided Tour for a specified user roles and not multiple. Yes, that seems to be what I did -- I created two for a specified user role on the same form. That is seriously unfortunate.

Through my own testing, it's difficult to allow a user to, for example, select "Add Case" and not have the next call-out display while the user is still on the pop-up screen completing the fields required to create the record. Thus, I attempted to create two separate Guided Tours: one to create the case, and another to auto-launch upon case creation. That would avoid the disruption and difficulties with user experience. 

GTs are not the be-all-end-all of in-system training, but I'm finding the limitations difficult to handle as I attempt to make work-arounds for current issues.
