Create HR case using flow designer

If an external user send an email to a designated email address, it will automatically create a HR case. I can do it using infound email action but I need help to do it using FLow Designer. I am not good in flow designer.

Hello @Apaul ,

 

1. Create a Flow in the Human Resource Scope.

2. In the Trigger type select "Inbound Email"

3. Then select the action Create Record.

Note : I have used the Incident table, but you can use the COE table and map the fields.
