Created 2 buttons, they dont look like button in Outlook but look perfect in Preview Notification

I have created 2 buttons Accept solution and Reject solution on a notification that is being sent to requestor when their incident state changes to Resolved. The button looks completely fine in Preview Notification/ in Servicenow email logs. However when it is seen in Outllook, it just looks like Highlighted text. Need to mae it look like a button. Any help is appreciated!
