Hello ServiceNow Community,

Is it possible to create checklist items resembling dropdown fields in ServiceNow? Seeking advice on:

  1. Feasibility: Can ServiceNow support checklist items that function like dropdown fields?

  2. Implementation: What approaches or configurations could create dropdown-style checklist items? Any specific field types or methods?
