Within the Time Sheet portal a user can go to the "Other" tab and enter time for operational work. Ex, admin time or ktlo. When adding an entry for say, KTLO, you can then associate a resource plan to the entry. Some of our user have multiple resource plans that map to KTLO. However, you cannot add more than one entry for KTLO.
Example, this user can select from 2 different resource plans but if they want to add a timecard entry for both they cannot.
The only workaround I have found is to add 1 entry and then submit the timecard. Then the platform allows the user to add another KTLO entry. Is it not possible to add multiple entries for these "Other" categories? It's going to be a hassle to add, submit, add, etc.
