Hi all,
When going through exam CSA samples I saw few questions on how to navigate.
Like all-> service catalog .... Like these type of questions?
Those who gave CSA recently , how many questions would be asked like these as these r confusing
I hope it's few
Thank you,
Zeba

Hi @ZebaT,
I took CSA years ago, but I believe that the structure hasn't been changed that much. It was a couple of questions asking these paths and it's been in all exams I sat afterwards (CAD, and all CIS I took). Luckily it wasn't too many of these, because it makes no sense to remember it by heart while you can bookmark it or simply search for it in a few seconds, right?
And also some of the paths parts are renamed in time... (reports > data visualisations etc) so remembering it is nothing important in my opinion.
For the part who recently passed - I commented in order to your qeustion was not lost... let's hope that somebody will notice :))
In any case, don't you worry too much about it and good luck 🍀!

Hi @ZebaT
CSA is a foundation-level certification, and I think these types of questions are required to assess how much we, as CSA aspirants, understand about the platform. I know there are concerns, but the only solution is to study the eBook and practice. These kinds of questions are not only asked in CSA—they follow the same pattern in CIS certifications and even in the Platform Owner and CMDB exams. So this is a common approach."

I will suggest you to take the complete CSA course from now learning.
With that and revisions and hands-on experience in development and platform you will be able to clear the exam

Hi @ZebaT
I agree with @GlideFather
I had given CSA this year on March, if i remember it correctly i had just got only two question, one was for knowledge article path and other was for service catalog path. so you can expect between 2-4 these type of path questions. Again each person can have varying experience, and what i would suggest is when you are on learning process and trying on PDI try to note down those path in your notebook /notepad so you can have quick look during exam, this is what i did maintain and remembering notes for these paths.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi @ZebaT
I had cleared CSA this year, not many questions are like this probably 2-3 questions out of 60 and depends. All path related questions will come from ebook hence recommend you to revise before appear for your exam.
Try to go with lab implementations as it will give you hands on and easy to remember in such case.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.
Thanks & Regards
