CSM/FSM Workspace - and New Assets on Account Form

Good Morning Guru's! I need help w/workspace - CSM/FSM Configurable Specifically.
When a user goes to the List > Customer > Accounts and then to the Asset related list. When they create a 'new' asset - there are only three model categories available - Bundle, Zones, and Computer Room AC. How do I allow them to create an asset from other model categories?

 

On the back end an interceptor is used, that allows them a choice from a much larger list. (Enterprise Software Asset, Hardware, Software Entitlement, Consumable, Bundle, License, Facility)?  I am not understanding how to edit the model category list - any help would be appreciated.

Hi Betty,

did you find a solution already? I am struggling with the same topic on a different form.

The interceptor is classic UI only.

What we need here is to display the asset modal -> you can check this one by going through asset workspace -> new asset. But I also dont know how to map that to my custom related list.

Any help appreciated!
