Context:
0. It is a highly customised CSM for a global shipping company
1. Customer is asking for technical checks and test cases for CSM for ServiceNow platform, before moving to production.
2. This is more proactive test cases and code level checks before moving to Performance Load Test where customer is using Selenium for regression test and WPT for load running checks.
3. There are few specific modules that previously has performance challenges, like:
- Manager Landing Page
- Case load
- Shipment ID Search
- Case search
Questions: are there any test cases or checks that customer's technical team can do such that they are able to catch the performance issues on code level first before moving to performance load test?

I assume that if this is a fresh implementation and nothing already exists in the instance, ServiceNow can handle it, assuming the customer has little or no understanding of the platform. However, if there is an existing implementation in place, the customer’s technical team can perform the tests, and ServiceNow can provide support as needed.
You can perform a health check to identify any new findings that may help determine the cause of the performance issues.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Thanks Atul.
Nope, this is not a fresh implementation, it is a highly customised CSM, which they are rolling globally.
What are the sample health checks / test scenarios they can carry out in sub-prod instances?

The health check is something that the customer can request on the ServiceNow side. It runs on the instance and produces a PDF report covering four key areas: management, scalability, performance, and another area that identifies which files or parameters could potentially be causing delays/issues or not build as per best pratices.. There isn’t a formal test case for this, but the health check can guide troubleshooting and help you fix the issues.
