Custom Related List UI Action Not Visible on Impersonation in Service Operation Workspace

Hello everyone!

 

I have created a custom table with a UI Action in SOW. It is working fine, but when impersonating a user with the 'itil' role, I am getting an error. Could anyone kindly help me with this?

My Custom table is Affected Users which is having the UI Action, but after impersonating with itil user, it is displaying the above message.
