Hi,
I am trying to validate Customer service Case form using ATF. The form has some Custom UI [Tab] component which i am unable to click on using 'Click Component [Custom UI]' function in ATF. Retrieve Component is not able to detect the element. Any suggestion how to accomplish this?
Thanks.

Hi @SyydQ
You are doing it wrong.
You don't need to click on the related list tab.
Just go ahead and set the field value in that tab.

Hi @SyydQ
You just need to go ahead and validate the fields.
There is no need to switch/click tabs in ATF to validate fields under that tab.

you should try to retrieve the HTML element multiple times, then only you can click
If you are still not able to retrieve the element then it cannot be tested using ATF.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Shaqeel,
can you elaborate little bit on how to set the field value in that tab. My main objective is to click on that Tab and validate 3 mandatory field's existence under that tab.
Thanks for your help.
