Customer with itil role couldnt see the catalog task

Hi,

Developed a workflow recently for a catalog item. Once after the approval, a catalog task will generate and assign to customer (he has itil role). He can see the Request, Ritm but he couldnt see the catalog task in his queue. 

I have checked the ACL applied on sc_task table and given him all the roles, still he couldnt see the catalog tasks.

Not idea if Iam missing something here, any guidance would be much appreciated. I have other issue with the same workflow and posted it in community  (https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=ec3abe971b549d10b4b577bc1d4bcbe7) not sure if these both are connected.

Can you check if there is any Query Business Rule on Catalog Task table.

I have checked it and I coudnt find any query BR on catalog task table.

Hi PAlak,

No, the issue is resolved now, there was custom BR which was restricting access to the user and after updating that BR the issue is solved.
