Customer with itil role couldnt see the catalog task

Hi,

Developed a workflow recently for a catalog item. Once after the approval, a catalog task will generate and assign to customer (he has itil role). He can see the Request, Ritm but he couldnt see the catalog task in his queue. 

I have checked the ACL applied on sc_task table and given him all the roles, still he couldnt see the catalog tasks.

Not idea if Iam missing something here, any guidance would be much appreciated. I have other issue with the same workflow and posted it in community  (https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=ec3abe971b549d10b4b577bc1d4bcbe7) not sure if these both are connected.

Hi Rin,

Can you check if there is any Query Business Rule on Catalog Task table.

Hi 

I too facing the same issue,user has the roles to view catalogue task ,but still he is not able to view .checked br don't find anything 

Can you please help me on this

Actually there is a particular role for viewing the catalogue task ,the users assigned by that particular role are not able to view catalogue task but able to create task.

 

Remaining users are able to view task .
