Customized Record Producer interface

Hi experts,

A client wants to convert a PDF form into ServiceNow. The client also wants to see the exact look of a Record Producer as provided.

below is an example of the client's PDF display. Please advise if there is a way to accomplish it in a Record Producer.

I don't think if any body has customized the record producer to this level.

Record producers are intended to quickly develop user interactive forms with a very minimal level of coding.

If the client is looking for an advanced UI, go for UI Pages is my suggestion.

The team worked with a CSS expert to construct the Record Producer's look. The team created a new CSS style sheet for the record producer and the client is pleased.
