Customizing the layout design of custom Service Catalog Item

Hi,

I have created a Catalog Item in Service Catalog named "Email Distribution List".

In this catalog item, I have created some variables which are being shown as fields in the below screenshot.

I have given the order as 100, 200, 300 etc. But, the UI as in the below screenshot looks a bit clumsy. When I tried to configure the Form Design by right clicking the Banner, I did not find Form Layout or Form Design. Instead I found different options as shown in the screenshot. Is there a way to configure this layout? (As we configure layouts and designs for Incident, Problem etc.)

I highly recommend that you do a basic admin course atleast somewhere.



Select Configure item.


Check the variables related list.


Change the order of variables if ordering is the issue.



Check if a container type variables exists on the form. If so, the layout of variables are controlled by that.
