We have event management scorecard dashboard available in service now. On the overview tab, when I click on widget element it will open the table with filtered records and I am able on which basis they are filtering the records. But when I open service scorecard tab and trying to click on widget e.g New impacted services. It doesn't show me on which basis they are filtering the records for that specific widget. Please help with this.
