Hi Team,

 

Recently some automations are done for RITMs in our project many . Can you please let me know how can I navigate to those scripts to understand how the process is defined in those automations

1. As it is RITM, so possibly please check the flow / workflow first.

2. Open any RITM , REQ & SCTAsk and check these
