database view - get rid of duplicates

Hello

My database view is returning duplicates that I dont want. For example In metric table it finds one incident 2 times and it is then visualised in report which is confusing.

Report look for incidents where I was assigned to.

If I was assigned to more then once, report show all those results - and this is my problem - even if I was assigned to 10 times, I should be in report only once

incident - metric_instance

Is there any change to customize my view ? I currently dont know what to do. Should I somehow improve whereclause ? Do you know how ?

Hi Petr,

Yes, I think it's clear.

In the report, I couldn't do it. What is only missing is in the Count Distinct, you could select the Incident number for instance.

In Performance analytics all the fields are available to to the aggregate.

We don't have performance analytics.

Until I will find some solution within the tool, we are forced to export data to excel and run aggregate there
