Default filter drops off a related when req is approved?

Hi

I have an issue where the default filter keeps dropping off for 1 user when the request is approved by anyone.

No one can recreate this and we have tried clearing cache and trying different browsers.

The default filter has been applied to a related list which shows a specific set of approvers on a change request. At first the filter is visible but when the request is approved by ANY approver, the default filter drops off for only 1 specific user.

I'm afraid not, I am not able to recreate it. I will try to explain it a bit more clearly.

I have a related list (tab) on change request that displays only the Affected CI Business Owner approval. All other approvals are displayed in the usual Approvals tab.

The affected CI Business Owner tab has a default filter on it to refine and only show the CI business owner.

When the impacted user first loads the form, the filter is being applied for them.

When the approvals are approved, the filter disappears from the Affected CI Business Owner tab and as a result ALL approvers are visible in this tab which we don't want.

Hi @thrsdy1512

No, mate, it’s not possible and not available out of the box (OOTB). If you want to achieve this, it will require heavy customization and create technical debt. It’s better to educate the users and guide them accordingly."
