Dependent question selection in Service Catalog Auto-Populate

I would like to select Dependent question in Auto-Populate of Service Catalog.

However, even if I do [Lookup using list], the variables are not stored in the list.

There are many different variables for the same catalog item, why aren't the variables stored in the list?

thank you.

Hi @nakamura323 ,

Auto Populate feature works only for reference field and if you have any reference type variable in your catalog item then you can select it here based on that you can populate value.

Few articles related to Auto populate,

Hi @nakamura323

Do you have at least one reference variable in your catalog item as it only works for reference fields.

Thanks & Regards
