Describe the roles in Procurement Managment in Source to Pay Application

Hi Team,

We are working on Procurement Module under Source to Pay application. The below roles are available in Servicenow. I need to create a two users (Fulfiller and User). I tied to give agent role. But, I can't able to view Procurement Cases/Tasks in Workspace view. Please suggest which role is suitable for these users:

Hi @prasannakumard ,

Have you checked on below roles, try giving one of the below roles and then check if they are able to see proc cases in workspace or not:

sn_slm.manager, sn_slm.owner, sn_slm.fulfiller
