Hi,
I am creating a new survey and basically it is get feed back for office environment and things like chair, monitor, keyboard and all. I am stuck in a place where I need to add a Description (Guidelines which Include Images and also Need to add multiple images for chair types, keyboards, mouse, etc...). I can even string type too to create this.
it is not like introduction or end note. the purpose of this is, users while filling up the form they can refer the guide lines and all.
Is there any way to add this kind a description or label in survey.
