Design/Color KB issue or developer issue?

Hi, I am not sure why this is happening.

When I click on my original KB page, I see the following:

When I click in one of the Categories, there is a line under the breadcrumb, Also, the Search box is larger, and the Categories text color changed to Black.  When I click back to KNOWLEDGE BASE, it looks fine again.
