Developer Instance Offline

I Just tried to login to my developer instance and have been getting the message "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.".  I've tried to login many different times today and no luck getting my instance to start.  Any suggestions or when it will be online again?

Did you check the status at developer portal, check there if instance still showing there or not.

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline. 

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait 

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Hi there,

 

You probably already know that there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, hundreds of similar posts have been made. Though posting your question here... will have zero effect.

I have already mentioned it to the Community team to make this somehow more visible, so posting questions like these can be prevented since no one can help anyway.


Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI

Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.

Hello @Sharon Geist ,

 

Many folks are facing this issue. As there is no support for PDI and there was datacenter migration going on for PDIs.

Just keep some patience or release the instance and request for new one.
