Device42 installation in Servicenow.

Hello All,

I am new to ServiceNow and we're currently working on integrating Device42 with ServiceNow. I’m trying to find the necessary plugin in my instance, but I’m unable to locate it. I’ve also checked the ServiceNow Store and I requested to install. Please see the screenshot below of what I found in the SN Store. I unable to locate the plugin.

Could you let me know if there’s something I need to do in order to make the Device42 plugin visible for installation in my lower environment?

Additionally, is there any cost associated with this plugin, or is it available for free as part of the out-of-box functionality?

Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated and helpful for my work. Thank you!

Seem you can get that if you have a Servicenow login.

You can see that is Free.

Thank you for replay.

I have admin access in my SN instance. I went to SN store from my client instance and click the Get option on Device42 application and not status is showing "Ready ti Install" please find below screenshort.
I receive the email notification from appstoreSN and stated that instill plugin in your account.

I went to my instance : System Applications > All Available Applications > All. I unable to find the device42 plugin there.

Create a Support Case then. Hopefully you can get answer on getting that store application on your instance.

@Bert_c1 , I found that my dev instance in Xanadu version, Device42 plugin is available in    Wahsington DC. My test environmnet have Wahington DC versiona and i install the plugin there.

My organization looking to upgrade test environmnet to Xanadu Version. If i upgrade to Xanadu, does mt Device42 application/integration workes or need to stop the Instance to upgrade  Xanadu?
