Device42 installation in Servicenow.

Hello All,
I am new to ServiceNow and we're currently working on integrating Device42 with ServiceNow. I’m trying to find the necessary plugin in my instance, but I’m unable to locate it. I’ve also checked the ServiceNow Store and I requested to install. Please see the screenshot below of what I found in the SN Store. I unable to locate the plugin.
Could you let me know if there’s something I need to do in order to make the Device42 plugin visible for installation in my lower environment?
Additionally, is there any cost associated with this plugin, or is it available for free as part of the out-of-box functionality?
Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated and helpful for my work. Thank you!

I see from the Store for Device42, you can contact the vendor:

And you can always restore a sub-prod instance from backup if the upgrade goes bad. So test on dev or test instance, install the Device42 and test, then upgrade and test. If the upgrade to Xanadu breaks the plugin, restore test instance (you can request that on the support portal and pick from available backups) and contact the vendor. You can contact the vendor prior to upgrade to.
