We're configuring change acceleration with Azure DevOps integration. It's at the point where we can have a change opened from a pipeline execution, and the step shows up as "in progress" in the pipeline view. Approving the change in SNow allows the pipeline to proceed in Azure DevOps, but the execution state never updates in ServiceNow despite being complete in ADO. I see an inbound event for the pipeline starting, but no event for the pipeline finishing. Running another import request gets the correct execution info, so there seems to be something wrong with the webhoods or configuration on the ADO side. Does anyone have any suggestions?
