Disable external support on Walkup Experience onsite check-in portal

Hi all

On the Walkup experience onsite checkin screen, there is a link for 'Can not find your name or email?' which links to a page where external users can enter their name and email address. Is it possible to disable this via widget instance additional options?

 I notice in the widget html, there is an if statement on the link itself, with -
if=c.formOptions.enableExternalSupport
Does this imply that i can set that to false and the link won't show?
I have tried this via the instance additional options but it isn't working (see screenshot for code tried)

Any help much appreciated.
