Dispatcher auto-assign not working

HI!

I have a trouble with Auto assign in Dispatcher workspace.

I create WOT with proper location and Skills(i will said skill A).

Dispatcher group has agent with skill A and proper location.

After create WOT, Dispatch group is popped-out which i set it up.

BUT click auto assign in Dispatcher workspace it doesn't work! It always show me Not assigned

I'm truly don't know what i missed.

Please somebody give me some advice!

sorry everyone

I thought i managed all location. but i didn't input proper company location.

Input the company location, set up the agent location and then auto-assigned worked perfectly.
