display value of duration type field is showing integer instead of actual value (HH:MM:SS)

after exporting to excel

we have a custom field business elapsed time (duration type) which is showing integer instead of actual format after exporting to excel. I want to show in (HH:MM:SS) format after exporting to excel.
Please suggest better solution.
