Need to see if there is a way to only show announcements for a certain domain separated account. For example I only want users of a specified account to see announcements that correlate to their account and vice versa for others that are on their specific domain. We have tried to use the Service Portal User Criteria and that is not working. When I create a announcement it shows on all domains. Anyone ran into this issue? Please any feedback would be great!

We were able to find a working solution, but adding the User Criteria for the SP on the announcement and added the specific account to the announcement of who can view and that seemed to work. There is a SP User Criteria plugin that you have to install, but that seemed to work great for my use case!
