I have recently created a new Catalog Item where one of the field variables has dot walk configured for it. However after the catalog is submitted, the dot walk values are not visible/displayed in the RITM. Is there any way to get the value to be visible in the RITM (i.e Request Variables tab and also Notes field) without the need for script or is scripting the only feasible way to get this done.

Ensure the variable type is correct for the variables which are getting auto populated
Operational Status -> Single line
Unique ID -> Single line

Hi @Susan Goh
I believe you need to change the variable types. As far as i know, the Operational Status field is not a reference type field.
Make the variable types as String and see how it goes.
