As a Service Portal user, I want the ability to drag and drop files directly onto catalog item request forms, without needing to open browser dialogs. This functionality should be available across all catalog items through a common configuration, not limited to individual catalog item forms.
I've already checked the system properties, and the drag-and-drop setting is set to true, but it's still not working as expected.
Can anyone suggest a solution or configuration that enables this globally across catalog items?

I have reviewed the details, and it looks like we need to import the mentioned update set—am I right? I’m not entirely sure how to proceed with that. If possible, could we connect on a call to discuss this further? Also, we need this feature to be available in the catalog form, not tied to any specific catalog item or record producer.
