Drag & drop attachment for all catalog form

As a Service Portal user, I want the ability to drag and drop files directly onto catalog item request forms, without needing to open browser dialogs. This functionality should be available across all catalog items through a common configuration, not limited to individual catalog item forms.

I've already checked the system properties, and the drag-and-drop setting is set to true, but it's still not working as expected.

Can anyone suggest a solution or configuration that enables this globally across catalog items?

I'm trying to implement a new widget, but I'm a bit confused about which existing widget needs to be cloned for this. If possible, could we connect over a call to discuss this? Also, we need this feature to be available in the catalog form—not tied to any specific catalog item or record producer.
