Hi everyone,
After upgrading to Zurich (current build Patch 1) , we can no longer drag and drop files into the Compose Email window.
We are getting the following error:
Dropped file type is not supported
Uploading the same file using the paperclip icon works normally. This was working before Zurich.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix?
Thanks
Regina

the image/property you shared is for data source file extensions and not for the drag and drop feature

is it not working for all users or some users?
Did you check in other browsers?
Are you sure it's a valid file and not a corrupted one
May be that file type is blocked check here
navigate to System properties > Security see if particular file types are blocked
