HI Team - can any one pleasse help me on this requirment
How To start sending auto triggered mails when the Service request SLA reaches 90% SLA .
we have already configured SLA on requested item table
please help me wth configuration steps .

Hi @SunilkumarP1632 ,
you have to create the flow
1) create the new flow . trigger type is application SLA
2)add action and enter the percentage value
and add another action after this
3) use send mail action

Step 1 ) Look with Req item table to task sla table
Step 2 ) wait for 90 % time
Step 3) Send email
