Drag and drop attachments not working in Compose Email after Zurich upgrade

Hi everyone,
After upgrading to Zurich (current build Patch 1) , we can no longer drag and drop files into the Compose Email window.

We are getting the following error:

Dropped file type is not supported

 

Uploading the same file using the paperclip icon works normally. This was working before Zurich.

Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix?

Hi,

I reported the issue to Servicenow.

Ther is a problem created: PRB1951516 - Drag and drop functionality is not including attachment upon sending when using email client.

 

Servicenow technician:" We have replicated the issue in an OOB instance and have logged a defect for it. The defect is fixed in the Australia release and is targeted for inclusion in Zurich Patch 6, pending approval. At this time, there are no available workarounds other than using the paperclip icon to add attachments."
