Dropdown choices not visible with Dark Mode

My dropdown on my form isn't visible when I'm using the dark mode theme.

Hope you are doing well.
Proposed Solution
In order to identify and replicate the same, I personally tried and applied the Dark Theme on my Personal Developer Instance and it seems to be working fine for me. Attaching a snapshot for your reference down below.
With this, I recommend you to Revert the Theme, Re-Apply the Dark Theme and then Reload the Page. If it is still not working, kindly use the "Styles [sys_ui_style]" Table and you need to create a new Record here for the specific field/s and then style it with the colors or background colors you want to or as per your need. Attaching a snapshot for the reference where I created a New Record in this table for my "Software Name" Field which is of Choice Type.

Are you sure it is only theme related issue ?
Can you change color and show the same record
